"The British Council approached us about providing strategic planning support for their global ‘Connecting Classrooms’ programme to improve efficiencies and understanding of their internal marketing requirements"

We worked with the British Council to develop a strategic process to help determine effectively the marketing communication needs of the individual projects within the programme and a way to manage these internally through:

  • On-going engagement and relationship building;
  • Marketing support and advice regarding the identification, development and delivery of key activities;
  • Development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess the impact and reach of communication; and
  • Identification of potential risks and issues and mitigating actions.

Our work resulted in the delivery of a new process to support the internal marketing services team, including new internal documentation, which helped them engage with internal project contacts more effectively and maximise resources and budget.

We are now liaising with the British Council with regard to rolling out similar processes in other areas of the organisation.
