Working with contractors

We are finding that we are working increasingly with waste contractors, who are providing waste and recycling services to local authorities under contract or through partnership arrangements.  It is becoming more frequent that contractors are also responsible for the promotional aspects of the service under the terms of their contract or agreement. This allows the local authority freedom from uncertainties and constraints during their annual budgeting rounds, guaranteeing an agreed amount of promotional spend every year of the contract.
